Wunderschön gelegen und fussläufig zu erreichen von Higashi-Hagi. Wir wurden bereits an der Tür begrüsst und willkommen geheissen. Der gesamte Service war ausgesprochen zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war superschön und sehr geräumig, mit einem tollen Blick über den Fluss. Wir haben hervorragend geschlafen. Das Dinner war traditionell, es wurde viel Aufwand betrieben um sicherzustellen, dass auf die Lebensmittelallergie meines Mannes eingegangen wurde. Da dies unser erster Besuch in Japan war, waren wir mit den Gepflogenheiten eines traditionellen Dinners nicht vertraut. Unser Kellner hat uns aber alles mit viel Geduld erklärt. Die Qualität des Essens war hervorragend, ebenso beim Frühstück. Der Ort selbst ist wunderschön, ruhig gelegen und in sich selbst ruhend. Es gibt viele Läden, die Hagi-yaki Keramik verkaufen.
