The property was very clean and the staff was exceptional. They even drove us to and picked us up from a nearby restaurant instead of having us take a taxi. We appreciated that very much. The breakfast was very delicious.

The hotel complex design is great with traditional Japanese atmosphere. Our room has private outdoor bathing area which is the highlight!
