The friendly and prompt service team. The shared facilities at the foyer, art class, laundry, kitchen and cool room were very good. The bathrooms are the best I've ever used at hostels....!!
When it was too warm one evening in Winter, they turned the aircon down marginally.

Great, the staff were welcoming, and the toilets were well cleaned
Some guests were smoking weeds in front of the front door at night, I think the staff could say something to them to stop it… I do hate the smell of weeds, (idk if it is legal in Australia..)
