It was a relaxing three nights and we were glad to have found this place!

Beautiful waterfall close by! Convenient walking route under highway to get to village below the highway and you can walk down to the lake. Property has beautiful elevated view of the lake. It’s a large unit with spacious living room and 2 large bedrooms. Deck would be good during the summer. It has a washer/dryer.

It’s right above the main highway so there is traffic noise. Also it’s a little tricky sometimes to turn onto the highway from the parking area as the traffic passes at high speed. Not too many dining options close-by.

an experience

the view was spectacular, the town of moltrasio is charming and historic- the nearby passalaqua hotel is magnificent- the apartment was big, nice terrace and garden- dishwasher-washing machine

extremely noisy- because directly on a busy street - it only calmed down in the night - sometimes hard to find parking - bathroom has mold - the mirror in the bathroom has a crack - in total cheap ikea furniture - the kitchen table unstable like the rental agency myhomeincomo ! terrible and not to recommend-had a bad experience before all they are interested is making their commission.

Beautiful view of the lake, but don’t go there without a car.

Gorgeous view of the lake, spacious, and comfortable.

There were two portable A/C units in the apartment, but ‘portable’ basically means that the units cools from one side and heats from the other! We were practically sweating the entire time. You’ll need a car to stay at this place. There’s basically just 1 restaurant and 1 bar within walking distance and even those are not easy walks! Taxi service in the area is lacking as well and public transportation is both infrequent and tardy. (these issues are universal around lake Como though)

fantastic apartment with spectacular views

amazing apartment with stunning views. clean and very spacious. fantastic wrap around balcony. washing machine wasn’t working which was disappointing, I advised the agent but not fixed and we were moving to a hotel by then.

Great modern apartment in a fantastic location.

Great location, beautiful village and a modern apartment.

It is on a main road, but that wasn’t a problem.

Passable

There is a lot of noice from the street in front of the apartment. It sounds almost like being situated next to a motor highway. Further, the apartments interior is very basic, and doesn't really accommodate a family who wish to stay a couple of hours in the living room together.

Very nice but noisy

The property was very nice with fantastic lake view

The noise from the bikes and the bell from the church was so loud as if all the doors were opened and we couldn’t sleep. The parking was also very difficult. Although there was a parking space at the entrance of the property was constantly full

Pleasant

The view from the apartment is fantastic. The balcony is big enough to enjoy.

The key was not stored in the key box. We had to call the administration office and ask somebody to bring the key. We had to wait for the staff to arrive for more than 20 minutes in front of the gate of the apartment. When the staff arrived with keys, the ones he had were wrong ones. We had to wait again for the correct keys to arrive for some 10 minutes. This was not professional.

Great

We had amazing view, and everything was comfortable. Also amazing communication with the host, Always prepared to answer even on a sunday!

We missed products and utensils to clean the dishes and Table, also a micro ave would be very helpfull :).

Too loud and bad communication with staff

The view is nice and it was clean.

The house is directly next to the main street so it's always loud even at night. Closing all windows doesn't change that. We left after 2 days even tho we paid for 4 nights but one of the kids got sick and couldn't relax at all there because of the noise. We tried to come to an agreement so we didn't have to pay for the 4 nights but the communication was pretty bad and I didn't get an answer most of the time.
