Resort se nachází cca 200m od Lipna. Do centra Lipna to je cca 2km. Naprosto perfektní umístění. Chata byla dobře vybavená, prostorná a čistá. Je možnost si půjčit gril, zahrádka byla součástí chaty. Uprostřed resortu je dětské hřiště. byli jsme velmi spokojeni.
Otravovaly nás vosy, jinak není co vytknout.

Die größe des Hauses ist perfekt für eine große Familie. Die Terasse war schön groß und es gab überall ausreichend Platz. Es war super ruhig und man hat sich nie gestört gefühlt.
Die Küche bzw. die Küchenzeile könnte im Vergleich zur Größe des Hauses gerne großzügiger sein. Dort war der Platz etwas knapp.

Der Bungalow war für vier Personen plus Hund ausreichend groß. Es war sehr sauber und soweit auch alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Aber auch nicht mehr.
Der Sonnenschirm war defekt und wir mussten für das Babybett extra zahlen. Die Extrakosten stand so nicht auf booking und wurden uns auch erst am Ende mitgeteilt.

Location, quite place, house
Cleanliness - sand all over the house + nobody showing up for the whole stay - funny you give me a good to know note about cleaning before leaving, removing bedsheets, cleaning dishes etc while you charge 100+ eur for cleaning, "reception" - nobody sent any details before arrival (messed up mobile number by reception, but email clearly doesn't exists in your mind), 5pm closing luckily there is at least emergency number
