The Hotel is really comfortable, staff was very kind and we were really comfortable and greeted from the beginning, the room was very big, spacious and clean, with lots of storage spaces
They didn’t have a bar or something, my wife and I would have loved to enjoy beers or something, even if we have to pay extra. Although the room does have a TV, it was kinda outdated and it wasn’t Smart TV so we couldn’t watch movies or something.

Room was clean
Initially tried to give me a lower quality room than I had booked.
Then, around 4pm, a very drunk bunch of Nicaraguans turned up, shouting and generally being obnoxious. I advised the receptionist I would prefer to leave and she advised me the tour guide would be told that if they created any more noise after going out at 5pm for more drinks, they would be asked to leave.
Sure enough, they turned up at 2am making a loud noise and no action was taken. One of them thoughtfully left a pile of vomit outside their room!
Breakfast was average. Only place I have come across that had no fresh milk.
