Great beach location, relaxing stay

The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated with comfortable beds and air conditioning; it was quiet with a beautiful view of the sea. The location is great: just across the street from the beach, and a 15-20 min walk to the port, with beautiful sea views along the way. The building is secure (codes to open doors) and the staff and owners were lovely, extremely helpful and gave great tips and recommendations.

FABULOUS PLACE TO STAY

Fabulous. Location right across from beach. Restaurants everywhere close by walking. Parking on site. Clean, comfortable and user friendly apartment. Hosts were wonderful friendly and helpful people. such an enjoyable place to stay

Location with secure parking, spacious accommodation, good bathroom and friendly, helpful staff.

Kitchen area & cooking facilities were small for size of the accommodation. Wasn't a problem, we cooked 3 meals during our 1 week stay, just not as good as it could be.

Amazing stay in La Ciotat

The location was amazing, across narrow road right onto the beach. The apartment was lovely, modern and fresh, with a little kitchen/dining area, which had everything you could need. Air-conditioning was great and definitely needed! Washers/dryers and beach stuff such as chairs and inflatables also available to use. Friendly and helpful owners. Breakfast items could be ordered for delivery to your door next morning.

Fabulous 3 days in La Ciotat staying at Appart Hotel A deluxe Pas de L’Eau

The couple who ran this hotel were so friendly and went our of their way to be helpful in every way. It was directly opposite the best beach in La Ciotat. Everything was exceptionally clean. The terrace was an added bonus as was the parking on site.

Best hosts ever. Very generous and helpful. They are really happy to help the guests with everything and they really enjoy it. Many thanks! Our apartment is on the ground floor and is even much better than on the photos. It is spacious, bright, dry and comfortable. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed the fresh delivered breakfast(price same as bakery and supermarket, a service from the hosts) very much. Our host helped us booked the boat trip to the national park, it is so beautiful.The beach is just before the door and it is great to have a parking place in the hotel.It is very quiet in the apartment. Everything the best, we really enjoyed our stay here very much and would recommend this hotel to everybody.

modern, very clean, amazing sea views, extremely helpful staff, one minute walk to the sea, great AC, blinds that make complete darkness for getting baby to sleep, travel cot available, self contained terrace safe for baby to run around in, comfortable beds and sofa, solid furniture, optional breakfast delivered to your door before 8am so great to feed baby early,

it was next to a fair which could get a bit loud, especially on a Saturday night.

Beautiful apartments for families close to Marseille.

Very nice apartments right on the Mediterranean not far from Marseille. They were a great deal for my family. The owner is an encyclopedia of information about all the amazing places to eat and things to do nearby. He was very helpful. His recommendations ended up being our favorite restaurants that we ate at in France! The rooms were clean and our kids loved the lofted bedroom. The gated parking was awesome too!

Our stay in La Ciotat

We spent five beautiful days in La Ciotat. We are a family of four, two adults and two children aged eight and eleven. We chose "A Deux Pas De L'eau" because it is close to an artificial sandy beach. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean. The hosts helped us with all the information needed and made our stay as good as possible. Every morning at half-past seven, the hosts left the breakfast ordered the day before at our room's door (basic choice: mainly croissants, bread and butter, jam, coffee and juice). The rooms in front could get noisy sometimes because of the traffic (people, restaurants, motorcycles) until midnight, but they have a better view. The rooms in the back are quieter; however, the electric blinds and double glazed windows ensure good soundproofing. In addition, the hotel has air conditioning both in the bedroom and in the living. We strongly recommend this hotel and would stay there again!

Everything was great! If you need something, ask the hosts, and they will surely take care of it.
