Breakfast is defenitely better than average.

The cheap singles don't have a window to the outside, just to the hallway.

In the room for two we had four beds. :D

The shower was together with a toilet in a strangely set room - the water went on the toilet. Noiay from the road.

Other than that everything was OK, good value for the price, good location in the city, close to everything.

The staff called us on the phone every morning at 7.30-8 to tell us that breakfast was ready. This was really annoying since it woke us up and we already had information that breakfast was served between 7.30-9.30.

I loved the location, it's very centric and everything seems to be at walking distance.

I didn't like how the room didn't match the photos advertised. The paint on the walls was deteriorated, the closet's door was about to fall off. The pillow cases were ripping apart, the zippers were completely gone, the pillows weren't soft, the duvet cover had a bit of a smell. And the window opened directly to the hallway right across the elevator, it lacked privacy, closing the only window and curtain made it hot inside. The bathroom's window was stuck and wouldn't close, the shower box didn't have a door, I felt too exposed. The trash bin was broken and the lid kept falling off. The towel they give is very small and didn't seem properly cleaned. The light above the bed didn't work, and the only socket to plug in your phone is by the floor. The breakfast was a disappointment too, nothing is labeled so you don't really know what's inside the jars or jugs, it definitely did not look like the photos they advertise.

Other guests were very rambunctious and noisy, loud and inconsiderate. For about two hours in the evening a party of 4 to 6 people were going back and forth in and out of their rooms, talking loud, making noise sounding their shoes as they repeatedly went in and out of their rooms. I needed to be up early the next morning and couldn't get to sleep until these individuals finally left to go wherever they wanted to go.
