La location ,il mare , il notevole miglioramento della citta sotto il profilo culturale , economico e turistico.
Certe zone periferiche della citta' per le strade il verde e le scuole.

La colazione abbastanza ricca e varia. Il personale professionale e accogliente. La camera spaziosa e pulita. Abbiamo avuto un problema col frigorifero e lo hanno cambiato nella stessa mattinata.

Plenty of free parking in front. Clean room, modernized recently. Surely nice for a stay at the seafront near the beach in summer. The area around has not much more to offer (the hotel cannot do anything for it, but keep it in mind if you are planning a roadtrip).
The staff was not really welcoming. The breakfast is rich but mainly centered on sweet things. You need to go up stairs to reach the elevator (can be a physical challenge for some, and is annoying for anyone with a case).
