The location was great, owner was nice, lots of beds and space, quiet area, great balcony view
There was lots of plumbing issues like a broken shower, and Kitchen sink sprays, broken toilet paper holder in bathroom

Great location and prices.
Property is great. The only thing I didn’t like was that you have to pay to park in the property.

plenty of seating and beds. good use of the space
a little outdated but not hatefully. as we walked around on arrival there was a lot of minor damages around the property (a hole here or there, broken outlet cover, lots of rug stains)

The location and layout of the house was excellent. Wonderful AC.
The beds were like sleeping on cardboard. The carpeted floor was softer. Dangerous railings everywhere. 1st to 2nd floor railing not secured and the balcony railing is loose with multiple missing or damaged bars. Labeled and marked private parking for the house but yet have to pay for it. Cost 240$ for the week. Surprise expense. Ants everywhere. Racial slur writing in the mirrors fog so that wasn't cleaned and highly offensive. Not for kids, not for sleeping and relaxing. Felt like the beginnings of a run down party house. Won't return or recommend.
