Seasational beach house is located on the west end of Galveston beach in the high-end Pointe West resort. There is plenty of space to put your family and friends in this three-bedroom, three full bath, two half bath 1750 sq ft heavenly beach getaway that sleeps 9. • Master bedroom has its own private balcony with fanatic views of the lagoon and sunsets, king size bed, TV, full-size tub and shower. • Second bedroom also has its own private balcony with amazing views of the ocean, queen size bed, TV, and a private bathroom. • Third bedroom has full-size bunk beds and a twin bed, TV, and private bathroom. All of our rooms offer high-quality linens and towels. This reverse floor plan beach house has: • Fully equipped kitchen with every chef’s needs. Top of the line cooking and baking equipment, Keurig, blender, toaster, and much more! • Dining room with comfortable seating for six with an additional breakfast table that seats four. • The living area is equipped with a sofa sleeper bed that sleeps two and has a large balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf, bay, and lagoon. • Every TV has cable service, and the home is equipped with Wi-Fi. Washer and dryer are included. A limited supply of paper goods, dish soap, laundry detergent, and beach towels are included. Seasational has only electric appliances and electric HVAC equipment. Eliminating the danger of carbon monoxide. In addition, there are smoke detectors in every room and check regularly. Get the most out of your beach vacation and enjoy our outdoor tiki bar with fridge, private outdoor shower, downstairs bathroom, bikes, boogie boards, beach toys, and charcoal grill. With only a few steps to the cross-over, enjoy the perks of a privately cleaned beach by having plenty of space for activities and the benefits of vehicles prohibited on the beach. POINTE WEST BEACH CLUB: Check out the Pointe West private beach club equipped with: • Infinity pool, kids pool, hot tub, fitness center, and seasonal restaurant and bar. • Additional pool with a lazy river and hot tub. • Access to the Pointe West amenities requires a $25 fee per person per stay (maximum of 9 people per stay). This fee is not included in our quote and is payable to the beach club (non-refundable). We have stayed there for4 years and like it because it is close to the beach. You need to bring your own soap, extra laundry detergent, extra paper towels because they don’t supply bath soap and you will run out of the other things. When the property manager rates you as a guest you will get all 4 star. We have no idea why we don’t get 5 stars because we do exactly what they ask you to do. The rating of the guests tell other property owners “what you are like” and we are totally respectful of any property! I can only assume it’s to possibly limit other places in the future from where you can rent! I found them to be delightful and helpful! I have a Type A personality…in case that hasn’t come across in me being a bit tacky!🙄🙄 I guess I’m used to making “A’s”!!! Nice property with a very strict and hard to please property owner or manager!!! Blessed by our stay!

We had a great time at this beach house! It was clean and a short walk to the beach. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood at the west end of Galveston. Owner was responsive and easy to work with. I would recommend this house to anyone wanting to stay in a less crowded and calmer part of Galveston.

The house is exactly as describe. It was clean, well-stocked with everything you need, and a short walk to the beach. The beach was clean and not overcrowded like it is closer to town. The only thing is that the "beach club" is a little overpriced. I think the description of a lazy river is a little misleading and the restaurant is closed. But the pool is nice. I wish there was an option for a daily lower rate instead of the whole trip or nothing. But overall, we had a great stay. Enjoy!

If you're looking for a nice relaxing, quiet place to sleep look somewhere else. The AC unit is so loud, and sits just on the other side of the wall from the master bed. It vibrates the room everytime it turns on. Since it was 100° the whole time we were there it was kicking on a lot. I don't think the we slept a total of 8 hours the 3 nights we were there. Didn't matter what room you were in, you could hear and feel it from everywhere. Other then that though the place was great!

This was a great house for our family. We have three young kids and loved the location close to the beach access. The house was well stocked and the beach wagon and toys were so nice to have! We spent a lot of time enjoying the outside space downstairs. We would definitely rent this house again if we return to Galveston.

This is a great place to stay with family. The house is so well equipped and beautifully kept. The views from the decks were great and despite the weather not cooperating, we were able to use both pools at the beach club and hang out of the beach. We will be back!

Fantastic location and home. I could have saved on packing space if I had known all the things provided at the home. Plenty of good pillows , beach toys for youngsters, and towels. Basically everything you need- just bring clothes and groceries!

The community management company needs work on the information provided to renters. Pools are smaller than presented and only good for wading and cooling off - no room for swimming. The Lazy River is geared toward young children--not teens or adults. This and the pools should be better upfront descriptions. We paid $75 for useless club permits. The restaurant needs to provide better service. We dined there once; waited 1-1/2 hrs. for our food & 2 hamburgers gave me & Grandson food poisoning. It's a good thing we were all happy with the house and beach!

The house was very clean and well stocked. Loved having the 1/2 bath upstairs as well as outside. The bikes were a huge plus! The view from the balcony was beautiful. Kids enjoyed having every app you could think of on all TVs in the house. The only down fall was the master bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The master bedroom was also very warm compared to the other rooms in the house. It would have been nice to have extra linens for the beds. The washer and dryer did help with the lack of towels and bedding. Overall there was a ton of room for a family of 4 plus a family of 3. We appreciated the huge gas water heater that provided plenty of hot water for everyone! Definitely an option for a trip to the beach on the future.

We have stayed many times at Point West over the years and bring our entire family. We have stayed at both the condos and the houses. We love all the amenities and the beach. This particular home was probably the nicest we have rented. It was CLEAN! If there was anything you needed in the kitchen it was there and it was very well stocked for big groups . The tiki bar under the home was a fun touch (we enjoyed having our group over for drinks) Again, wonderful stay!

Dream getaway with all things needed for a blissful trip with littles

This was a last-minute getaway for my husband and four children our kids are 6,4,2 and five months and it was an absolute blast. We ended up packing more than what we needed because we discovered the kitchen was fully stocked with stainless steel and nonstick pans and pots. I’m a cook so I appreciated the array of options. I am glad I brought my cast iron though (preference) and the downstairs area had boogie boards for use, bikes, beach tools (everything needed to make a wonderful Sandcastle)! The hammock for the bottom patio was a dream. So fun! The outside shower didn’t look like it was going to run warm but it eventually did and that was an awesome surprise for the little ones. This next comment is for the area: we had a small tragedy when I discovered that my husband didn’t pack the right breakfast meats there is a little convenient store labeled “supermarket” they had a couple of things but the options were very limited. Having the washer and dryer on the same floor as the rooms was so awesome, made for easy laundry! Oh and so so sweet of the property folks to set up the baby gate for us! It was so helpful and appreciated. The bunk beds were beautiful and roomy for the kids & they thought it was so cool to have a TV in their room! We didn’t use the closets but they were big and spacious! We will be back! We loved the beach so much we didn’t get to utilize the vast options for board games and family games! I will say it would be a good idea to pack a throw blanket or two if you’re a throw blanket type of person. Everything considered this was a fantastic stay and we’re already looking for future reservation openings! Agh I almost forgot We only booked two nights. We loved it so much we called shortly before check out to book another night! Amazingly with the promptness of Devann and the availability we were able to book another night! Our stay was excellent. We had a relaxing time in beautiful accommodations. I loved the decor. The home was lovely and spacious. It even had a child gate for the stairs (we had a toddler). There were nice views from multiple decks. The kitchen was well equipped, even for a challenging Thanksgiving meal. We enjoyed riding the bikes and walking on the beach. We would definitely stay again.
