Everything qwas brilliant. Great location - away from busy touristy areas but a walking distance to the ancient town. Bikes re available for free. Quiet location. The place is run by a lovely family. They are very accommodating. When I mentioned I work online they gave me a nice desk. The bed and mattress were comfortable. Nice balcony.
Everything was awesome.

The owners were very nice and helpful. They offered us bicycles, umbrellas., allowed us to check in early. Good breakfast. A bit far far to the old town but plenty of cheap eating places around.
Like a lot of places in Hoi An the room suffers from damp.
