Very clean house with amazing owners whos were friendly to us and our dog.

This B&B is a little gem, very well located comfy and quiet, and 15min walking distance from Arco historic center. Our car could be parked inside the property, which was a plus for us. Very very welcoming hostess, really accommodating (we needed a late breakfast!), the venue looks like it’s just been renovated. It’s not too big, which gave our host the time to look after us. Our bedroom (double) was very well organised with a big bathroom, big bed with a very comfortable mattress and air conditioning is available for the room. There is a communal kitchen which can be used by all, as well as the garden at any time of the day (our breakfast table was dressed in the morning, breakfast with view was a fabulous experience!!). I can’t recommend enough!!

The accommodation itself was perfect, maybe to find it a little "difficult" but using GPS quite easy. The house is located in a very homey place the interior is also homey. The facilities the breakfast the "staff" are also perfect. My family and I felt ourself very cosy there.

There was nothing there that can be recognized as negative.

Very nice host. As we don’t speak Italian they used Google translate which made conversation possible. With a bike Arco is close by as well as bike tours and climbing opportunities. Breakfast ist very good.

Breakfasts were delicious! Even though we can´t speak italian nor spanish and they can´t speak english, we found a way to communicate with each other. Lucia and (probably) her daughter were super nice and ready to help with everything we asked for. The place was really clean and full of good vibes. Highly recommended!!

It's located in a wonderful area, 2 kms from the center, but it's calm. The house's garden is fabolous, enjoyable to have breakfast there. The host is very-very kind, helpful and pays attention for the clean so much. It's worth to the spend time there! 😊
