Short walk from the city centre and a wonderful view over the coast from the courtyard (which is very spacious, housing a fantastic raised pond). Excellent communication from the host and the room was fantastic, much larger than I was expecting, with plenty of hot drink options available when we arrived (including a fresh pint of milk in the fridge, thank you!) and re-stocking available from the kitchen area next door.
Only thing of note was that a pair of trousers from a previous guest were left in the wardrobe, which is not a big deal at all as the room and facilities were clean and welcoming aside from this.

The Waterings is an ideal place to stay for exploring St Davids and the peninsula. The location was great being only a couple of minutes walk from the High Street. Caerfai Bay and the coast path was also close by. The accommodation was so nice. It was clean, spacious, practical and very comfortable. There was a dining area in the room with table and chairs, kettle, tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, cutlery, crockery and a fridge. There was also a communal dining area outside of the room just across the courtyard with lots for provisions laid on which made for a perfect breakfast. That was a nice surprise thank you. Will was in touch before, during and after my stay and made the whole process very easy. He was really friendly and easy to chat to. It really is a great place to base yourself on a trip to St Davids and I hope to be back soon.

It looked good for other guests, but I don’t eat breakfast.Clad to be in the end room.
There was no armchair in the room.
