We originally booked this hotel for seven nights due to its close proximity to family and friends. Upon check-in, it became evident that the decision was correct. The hotel upgraded us from a room to a tastefully and beautifully furnished suite, which was exceptionally spacious. The hotel staff made us feel like family, from Simon, the hotel manager, to the Gardir in the dining room, to Jasmine at the front desk, and Rajab, the hotel security. The breakfast buffet every morning was varied and delicious. The room was cleaned to a high standard, with coffee and the room fridge restocked every morning at no additional charge. We loved the hotel so much that we extended our stay for another ten nights. A big thank you to all the staff at Via Mina for their exceptional service and hospitality. We look forward to returning in the new year to visit our family away from home .
