Couldn’t be closer to the action on the port strip. Windows opened up and you felt close enough to touch the boats. Parking nearby (3 min walk) was convenient. A definite recommendation

La location è davvero molto bella, in una posizione ottima e comoda per visitare la zona.
L’arredamento e la dotazione dell’appartamento. La cucina dispone di pochi accessori e alcune pentole sono piuttosto vecchie e avrebbero bisogno di essere sostituite. Inoltre, il frigorifero funziona ma la porta è danneggiata e andrebbe sistemata.

L’emplacement, le calme et la vue
On m’a vendu un appartement de 50m2 et terrasse. Or il s’agissait d’un studio de 25/30m2 max. La table, le canapé et la tête de lit ont plus que vécus (avec un drap cache misère sur le canapé pour les taches…) Très peu d’ustensiles (pas de ciseau, tire bouchon cassé, 2 petites cuillères, 3 couteaux…). Le propriétaire a 3 logements. Dans notre cas, seule la photo du balcon était raccord avec l’annonce. La chambre et la sdb sont mansardées (je me suis cogné 3 fois…). La porte du frigo était cassée, pas de parasol sur la terrasse donc pas exploitable la journée, et coussins de terrasse sales/uses.
