We had a wonderful stay at Villa Boukari. The house was exceptionally clean, very well equipped and had everything we needed. The pool is lovely, and the views are absolutely beautiful – it feels incredibly peaceful and serene.
Alexander was a fantastic host: very responsive and helpful, with lots of great local recommendations, and he even brought us a delicious homemade moussaka one evening, which was such a lovely touch.
There are some beautiful beaches nearby, and it’s only a short drive to the beach, shops and some great local tavernas, while still feeling wonderfully tucked away.
The only thing worth knowing in advance is that the final stretch to the villa is more of a track than a road, so it’s worth bearing in mind when choosing a hire car.

Uns hat wirklich alles gefallen. Die Villa ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Besonders beeindruckend sind die traumhafte Aussicht, die absolute Ruhe und Privatsphäre sowie der wunderschöne Pool und Außenbereich.
Was unseren Aufenthalt aber wirklich besonders gemacht hat, war Alexander. Wir haben selten einen so herzlichen und aufmerksamen Gastgeber erlebt. Er war jederzeit erreichbar, hat uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben und sich wirklich darum gekümmert, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Sogar mit selbstgemachter Moussaka hat er uns überrascht – eine unglaublich nette Geste, die wir nicht vergessen werden.
Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen und wie zu Hause gefühlt. Für uns war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
Eigentlich gibt es nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat. Durch die ruhige Lage am Hang ist ein Auto sehr empfehlenswert, aber gerade diese etwas abgelegene Lage sorgt auch für die wunderbare Ruhe, Privatsphäre und Aussicht.

Die Lage, die Einsamkeit, der Frieden, die Ungestörtheit, die Natur.
Seit ca. 15 Jahren fahre ich nach Corfu und ich kenne viele (hochwertige) Villen an der Ostküste. Villa Boukari ist mit Abstand jene, deren Lage und vor allem deren Einsamkeit alle übertrifft.
Lediglich eine Toilettenspülung hatte ein Problem.

Alexander met us nearby and personally showed us around the villa. He had also provisioned the property with food so we didnt have to worry about shopping for the first day.
