Huge, comfy beds and plenty of room to stretch out. The pool and gym access were top-notch, and the free shuttle to nearby attractions was a total game-changer for our trip. Everything was convenient and high-quality.
My only small suggestion would be to look into the scent of the wooden furniture—it had a bit of an aged smell that lingered.

The pool was nice
I had to pay 200 baht extra for a towel that was mildly dirty. My coffee in the room was not refilled. It was not really that clean, after cleaning I always had hair at the floor. In my friends room they had a cockroach and a toad in their room.
