Location, breakfast included, comfortable bed. Unlimited water hot or cold.
Shower wasn't working well. Just had a cold shower.

Air con was very loud, had to pay additional for airport transfers even though it was included in our accommodation costs

Very close to airport if you are concerned about making it to a flight - traffic in Manila can be BAD
broken, dirty shower (no hot water, almost no pressure), broken TV/cable, breakfast included and available but certainly nothing special
