The third floor property is nice and located just outside the Old Town. And it had a washing machine and dryer.
It was a very complicated process to get access. Split like most of the coastal towns are wall to wall cars. They asked us to meet them at their office, located on a closed street, then they would show us the unit and parking. There was no where to park to find get to the office and no idea where to find parking.
We recommend you insist they provide directions to PARKING BEFORE trying to find the apartment. We asked and they repeated they would meet us at their office and show us parking. My partner went while I watched cars being towed away.

The location was excellent close to the old town. The unit was very clean and comfortable
Need to be mindful that it is up 3 flights of stairs. Was not a problem but to be aware for those who have difficulty with stairs

Location is great - really central and the apartment is perfect - except the stairs - 3 big flights up with no lift so dragging luggage up is a nightmare
The fact that it is on the third floor and there is no lift so dragging- dragging luggage up is a nightmare and if you have mobility issues this one is not die you
