Be aware of this apartment. Is very tiny, the apartament is very dirty and right next door are many girls that do prostitution. Also, be aware of scamm. They dont clean, dont give u back the deposit and also will not let you enter till 16:00 even if u ask for. Also, they lie about deposit and will not give you recipt.

Dirty and unpleasant

Our experience was awful to say the least. We got checked in, the lady didn’t show us how to use the key or how to enter, exit the building or lock the door. There is a very foul smell in the apartment like either mould or something gone off. The room looks a lot smaller than the photos. Everything was filthy - I spent over an hour cleaning, all the cutlery and dishes provided were dirty and used and had visible food leftover. The countertop was filled with dirt and crumbs and even afterr wiping it three times the wipes remained black. There was a leftover toothbrush on the bathroom floor, a raszor and sweets under the sofa, and a toothpick on the chair. After finally cleaning everything we ran through three rolls of kitchen rolls. When setting up the bed there was visible stains all over the duvet which were yellow and smelled like sick. The bedsheets were clearly not clean at all. And had mice droppings on the sheets. The next day the owner asked how is everything and if i need anything to which i replied some clean sheets- to which she didn’t follow up on. The next day one of my friends staying had a 10 minute shower which flooded our whole flat, as there was an unknown drain issue. This was later fixed by a technician called by the owner. And no details about check out or what to do with the key. Also, the area is awful - prostitutes outside the building - men harassing us and following us when we were about to leave to the point we had to run into our building and hide. And additionally the first aid box had no first aid inside and no fire blanket - which goes against health and safety regulations. I would not recommend this airbnb and surprised that it is labeled passable.

A localização era incrível e muito central, consegui deslocar me a pé para quase tudo! O atlelier era super confortável, ótima apresentação, check in de fácil acesso.
