Great location, good value for money.

The room is spacious, the location is right next to the beach, on the main street with all the restaurants. Staff is very helpful and they booked us a nice dolphin boat trip. The breakfast was also very nice.

The bathrooms were quite old, and not working 100%

Superb

The hotel is just a short walk from the beach and next to lots of shops and restaurants. The staff were super nice and helpful. The breakfast was really good. The room was a bit small and the furniture and the fixtures a bit outdated but I found it charming, it reminded me of holidays in my childhood. Importantly, the place has its own parking lot behind the hotel, which was very convenient. The shower has reliably hot water.

The room was a bit on the small side but it was adequate for a couple.

If you’re up for the crazy nights out then yes go for it, if you want something else forget about it

Next to the beach, in the middle of all resorts, plenty of restaurants around

Next to the discotheque - goodbye trying to rest or sleep till about 3/4 am; room is tiny

Good people, bad place

The staff was nice and they solved our problems quickly.

The location is perfect if you want to party every day and arrive drunk as a cuba to the hotel at 05 in the morning. It is literally in front of the nightclubs, just 7 meters away, so the feeling is that of sleeping in the bathroom of the nightclub. If you want to sleep sober and at normal hours, it is not recommended.

A lovely stay

The ladies at the reception were sooo lovely ! Always with a good mood 🥰 Rooms are simple but that's what we wanted. Breakfast was nice and big ! Thank you again

Maybe aircon instead of fan, summers are so hot in Portugal 🥵

The staff were really friendly and the breakfast was good with fresh croissants and rolls

The sea view rooms are right opposite the nightclub which was very noisy. We changed room to the back of the hotel which was dark and with no balcony. The rooms are very dated and potentially a safety hazard. The light fitting was half hanging off the wall and with glass not secure in the fitting. The tiles in the bathroom were cracked and broken.

Older building could do with some upgrading but excellent value for the price. Reasonable, clean, quite spacious rooms, as we are older, staff suggested we stay in one in the back as the front tends to be noisy at night, we very much appreciated that. Very nice breakfast room and good basic breakfast. Very central for all shops/ restaurants, beach etc

How to access the parking should be explained at the booking time.

Basic but great value, avoid if you want a quiet night.

Very clean with friendly and helpful staff. Very good value.

It's very noisy being right on the strip. We managed okay but not for anyone who struggles to sleep. No Aircon, which again wasn't an issue for us in October but definitely something to consider in warmer times of the year.

Great room, low price, no sleep

Great room, super spacious at easy access of Praia de Roche beach and nightlife. Great but small breakfast and friendly personel. Bring earplugs.

The room looks like it has been bearly maintained. Everything feels like it is about te break and feels grimey. If you are not a nightcrawler, be aware you won't get much sleep due to de nightlife untill early in the morning.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was nice and you can have a nice view of the beach. Location is in the middle of everything so the beach, restaurants, clubs, pubs are all on your doorstep. For those who want a quiet room, go for the ones without the sea view as they are facing the road where all the nightlife takes place, the place is so close to the beach that it really isn’t needed, we had the best sleep ever here in a room without sea view :)

Central location, close to the beach, but street is very noisy

Info about hotel sais, there is a free parking, but in fact we were informed (our call) there is no free at the moment. So we needed to find on-street parking. This should be communicated clearly. Also, the place is extremely noisy, we experienced the noisiest hotel night of our lifetime for sure.

Exceptional Value for Money

I felt like I was on holiday as this hotel is not a generic standard hotel, instead it is full of character. My room was huge as was the bathroom. Balcony didn't have much of a view but it was a lovely addition to my room. My room was cleaned every day I was there! There was also a fridge in it. It is on the main strip/street with the bars and shops. There is a 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach, a lot of steps down. Breakfast was basic but more than enough. I really enjoyed my stay here. Exceptionally good value for money.

I would have loved to have tea making facilities in the room.

Location is great, super central. Staff were very friendly, and especially helpful during our checkout.

We didn't actually mind the noise from the street, as we found that when the door was closed, it was fine. However, we did notice a lot of noise from housekeeping team every morning. (Walls are very thin).

Old and dated hotel. Nice staff and clean. Rooms need to be ripped out.

Nice staff.

It's a very old place and it shows in the furniture etc. My room had a tiny balcony and a nice seaview. The staff are lovely and helpful. Breakfast is cold meat and cheese. Unfortunately the Mixx bar and disco is right opposite and extremely loud dance music. I hardly slept. For this reason I would not return here in that room. Maybe the rooms at the rear are more quiet but then there is no view.
