Solid Spa Perks: Despite a few hiccups, having a free spa included was a great bonus. It was a really enjoyable experience made even better by the provided bathrobes, snacks, and free refreshments. Easy Parking: The underground garage was a total breeze to use and always had space available. Nice Balcony: The open balcony was a great feature to relax on during the evening and for start gazing. Amazing Restaurant: The hotel's restaurant is an absolute gem. It’s on the pricier side, but definitely a culinary highlight.

Cleanliness Issues: The room’s floor felt noticeably dirty, like it hadn't been vacuumed or mopped properly. Spa Upkeep & Towel Shortage: Even though you went right when the spa opened, there was only one towel available (a frustrating known issue from past reviews that management still hasn't fixed), and one of the saunas was out of order. Balcony Privacy: Because there are no dividers between the room balconies, leaving the door open to cool down at night felt too risky and unsafe. Daytime Heat: Like many places in Switzerland, there’s no AC. Even though you were on the ground floor facing a forest, the room got uncomfortably warm between 10:30 AM and 5:00 PM.
