Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel - ausgezeichnetes Restaurant - absolut zu empfehlen

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel mit viel Holz sowie einem ausgezeichneten Restaurant. Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer im Haupthaus mit Ausblick nach Süden und Bergpanorama inklusive. Wenn wir mal wieder nach Lenzerheide kommen ist das Hotel allererste Wahl.

I loved my stay in the hotel. Amazing place and stunning wellness.

I loved the design of both interior and exterior. The wellness was absolutely stunning and very well constructed, allowing a split between the "naked" and "swimming suit" zones.

The Steam bath was out of order without any notice on the door. There was no one from the staff at the desk there to explain. I asked later on at the reception but they were not informed either. Only later on I learnt it was broken for 3 days so I could only use it for one day.

location was ok view was beautiful actual design was appealing main building well maintained

our bathroom shower rose was manky my mattress was terrible ordered a bottle of wine at dinner an was served a carafe?

Exceptional

We were welcomed by the nicest people in the world at the reception. The room was absolutely beautiful with a luxurious bathroom. The beds were like a dream, so were the duvets and pillows. The atmosphere of the whole place was incredible. Unfortunately we could only stay one night and we really did not want to leave again. Highly recommended.

This time my experience was not so good

It was my second or third time at this hotel. I always liked this place. Both times I used it for my trip to Davos forum and it is very conveniently located (just 35 mins from Davos) without forum high rates. The place is nice and very clean, the facilities are good. The staff is friendly.

This time I have a very unpleasant situation with the hotel. We agreed a late check in (via booking messanger). When I came to the hotel at 1 am I was trying to find the keys from my room that were supposed to be in the hotel's mailbox but I didn't find any (ok, it was probably my mistake because next morning a lady on reception showed my how to open mail box correctly) but the problem was not there (may be I was lucky in not finding my keys). When I was in the hotel and failed to find my keys I tried to reach emergency phone at the hotel (it was no answer) and then I tried to talk to booking.com and they were not able to help (finally as I discovered after they didn't even try to contact the hotel) but again it was not the biggest problem I had. Finally I had to wait until the morning when reception will be open to get my keys. It was 7.00 when the young lady came to the reception desk and was able to check me in and gave me my keys. When I came into my room I went directly to the bathroom to take a shower (after my night on a chair I had just 15 minutes before my Davos forum meetings) and when I came out the bathroom I dicovered a MAN SLEEPING IN MY BED. I run out of my room again to the reception desk with my bags and suitcase(the room was in a different building) and asked what the hell is going on. No one had an idea. They provided me a temporary room to be able to change myself and to leave my bags and finally I went to Davos. When I came back my room was ready and it was nobody there. Finally I was totally exhausted after a night without hotel room (ok, not exclusively hotel"s mistake) and completely shocked after discovery of a stranger in my bed. Normally in such situations the hotel is trying to assist and to cover somehow all inconveniece and negative feeling. In this case I had to stay one night more and I asked the hotel not to charge me for this night because of the first night EXPERIENCE but I have only 50EUR discount.

clean room, Ritual toiletries. kind restaurant staff.

Room is in a different building across the street. 400.- CHF a night is but pricey for the simple room😊but understandable in high season of skiing
