Located close to attractions like the lake and close to good restaurants. Located close to the main road however sufficiently away to be peaceful and quiet. Nice selection of drinks and toiletries available for purchase in the room.
Breakfast is small portions. The parking is located a block away and one needs to get the key from reception every time you enter/leave. No key is given for the main entrance and sometimes you have to wait. No real wardrobe space and the bathroom is small.

Nos esperaron hasta la noche, debido a que llegamos a eso de las 9:30 pm.
En Paipa sentí muchísimo frio, afortunadamente la habitacion tenía buenas cobijas aunque me hubiera gustado que ofrecieran alguna calefacción.
Las cortinas rojas de la habitacion y la luz es muy bajita, me gusta que las habitaciones esten iluminadas.

La ubicación está en la zona hotelera, la vida de acceso es sin pavimentar y el parqueadero es distante

La persona de recepción fue amable y tuvo la responsabilidad de ubicarme en otro hotel, teniendo en cuenta lo sucedido.
Al llegar al hotel mi reservación había sido ocupada por otras personas. Según recepción mi reservación se había cancelado, lo cual nunca se me notifico
