The Christina Beach Hotel is located right in the Nea Chora Beach so the location was excellent. The room was nothing fancy but it was good. All of the staff from reception to breakfast were friendly and excellent!
The rooms were plain, I give it a typical 3 star beach hotel.

Amazing view, facing the sea and beach, lovely terrace and coffee making facilities. Delicious breakfast, lovely pool and sun beds. Walkable distance to Chania center, surrounded by lots of fresh fish tavernas. Really recommend it.
The shower gel was not the greatest and our towels were changed every other day. Nothing else to improve besides the 2 above.

Although there was not much that particularly stood out, there were a few positive aspects. We had a room on the third floor with a beautiful view, which we really enjoyed. The balcony was equipped with a table and two chairs, making it a pleasant place to relax. It was also convenient for drying our towels.
The hotel provided towels for both the pool and the beach, which was a nice touch. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping the room clean and worked extremely hard throughout our stay. Their efforts deserve recognition. In addition, the hotel is conveniently located, with the Old City being just a pleasant 20-minute walk along the beach.
We booked this hotel partly because it advertised a gym, which is an important facility for us. We were surprised to learn that access was limited to just one hour per day, even though the gym was rarely used by other guests. On one occasion, my daughter stayed for approximately 90 minutes after losing track of time and was strictly reminded by the receptionist that the limit was one hour. The pool itself was fine, but the surrounding edges were not always well maintained. The room offered very limited wardrobe and storage space for clothing. We stayed in a 2-star hotel the week before, and the overall experience there was considerably better.
The breakfast lacked variety, as the same selection was offered every day. In addition, the area surrounding the breakfast room could have been cleaner. We were also disappointed that the beach sunbeds were not included and cost €20. Furthermore, it was not possible to rent a single sunbed, as they were only available in pairs.
