Very central, you can walk everywhere from here. Good shower.
There are a few apartments and I didn't realise, so got a different one than shown in the main photos. It's on the second floor and difficult for people with mobility issues. The street where the apartment is, is a big, dusty building site. Very strange people are lingering around the area, some people were consuming hard drugs right outside the door. On a Friday night there was loud noise, shouting, bottle throwing until early in the morning.
The first night I had around 10 mosquitos in the room and didn't get any sleep. I then didn't really open any windows anymore and slept in very bad air, but still kept on having mosquito problems every night.
A mosquito screen should really be installed in at least one of the windows.
There was also a smell of smoke when I entered the apartment, which seemed to fade over the days.
Overall I unfortunately felt very uncomfortable in the apartment.
