Nice apartment close to the beach

The house is located just 5 mins by car from Primošten and about 1.5 mins on foot from the nearest beach. We stayed in the ground floor apartment which had two separate bedrooms - one opening from the entrance hallway, the other from the living room/kitchen area. The terrace has a seaview and comfortable chairs with a table. Free private parking is right in front of the house. The apartment looked exactly as in the photos. Wifi was working well. We were welcomed by the owner's mother, who lives next door. She doesn't speak English but everything went smoothly. Later we met the owner, who was very kind and responsive - he provided us with extra kitchen utensils when needed and additional anti-mosquito filters, since the living room and one of the bedrooms did not have mosquito nets. Overall, we enjoyed our six-day stay and rating it 10star. Hvala!

Some recommendations for improvement: 1. Later check-out time than 9:00AM would be appreciated. 2. Drying rack next to the kitchen sink would make dishwashing easier. 3. Small shelf in the bathroom for clothes or toiletries would be useful.

Great, but could be better with less invasiveness.

It is very close to the sea shore and the center of Primosten. Parking was great for 3 cars and the balcony was great for evening sit-outs. All the apartments were well equipped.

The lady living next door was always very invasive and complaining and yelling(!) about the usage of the air-conditioning, even though it was included in the price. This left a very unpleasant experience, we would have given full points if the lady weren’t so nosy and rude. The place is a bit noisy because it’s next to a busy road and a construction.

To byl nasz wspaniały czas spędzony w cudownym miejscu.W apartamencie wszystko co potrzebne ,idealna ,wygodna łazienka,super kuchnia ,wygodne łóżko ,bardzo dobrze dzialajaca klimatyzacja.Plaża cudowna zaraz za ulicą.Kilka fajnych knajpek ,jedna zaraz obok domku.Pan przyjezdzający o 7 45 ze świezym pieczywem .Super pobyt ,polecamy to miejsce.Dziękujemy właścicielce za pyszne figi.
