Ed was a super nice host and very accommodating. I was able to check in early and he adjusted my breakfast when I told him I was vegetarian, which I truly appreciated :)
The place is conveniently located near supermarkets and shops. It was also easy to take buses to cities nearby, like Kerkrade.
It’s a perfect place for solo travellers.
It was not the property, but having the restaurant downstairs does get you a bit of smoke if people are smoking outside and the bedroom window is open.

Hotel smelt like a giant cigarette. When Tony Montana asked the bosses wife how she liked his car .She said it looks like my worst nightmare.
