The breakfast was fantastic. The staff was greatly polite! The location is in the center, at the very central promenade. The queen bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The apartment was spacious with lots of cupboards and a fridge.
There are no stairs to and from the underground garage, only an elevator, that is quite busy! And when going out of elevator, there is an unsafe ramp with no railings on the side. The ramp in building entrance is also not safe, it's too sloped and short, so if you are with a stroller you need 2 people to climb or go down the ramp.

I liked that the room was clean and tidy and that the hotel was located very close to the beach. The room was really great, with an excellent bathroom and a large terrace. The sea is very close, just 100m from the hotel.
What I didn't like was that the staff didn't speak any language except Albanian, and we don't speak Albanian, so we couldn't communicate. No one spoke English, which was very, very negative. We stayed at the same hotel 2 seasons ago when the staff was excellent, and now there's a new team that really disappointed us. Also, 2 years ago when we were there, the breakfast was excellent, varied, very tasty, and we ate from the hotel's roof, which has a sea view. However, that wasn't the case this time. The breakfast was solid, but not nearly as satisfying for the money we paid. We booked this hotel precisely because of the excellent breakfast and the view of the sea while eating it, but that wasn't the case this time, breakfast was served in the hallway by the reception, the roof wasn't open at all, and the breakfast wasn't varied or tasty at all. We also don't like the entrance to the hotel's parking lot. You have to go through a ramp and a pedestrian zone where there are a lot of people and we had to move the planters ourselves with a forklift because no one came to move them for us to pass by with the car. Really very bad organization around the entrance to the hotel and the staff definitely disappointed us. Last season they were really great so we were very disappointed this time. And one more thing, while we were having breakfast they were mowing the grass around us, banging etc. because their hotel still wasn't properly set up for the guests and the season. Shame.
