About this house rental
Relax and take in the panoramic views on the north facing balcony after a day of exploring this beautiful part of the world. Our spacious open plan living area and 4 bedrooms can comfortably accommodate two families or large groups.
The house is set on a 4000sqm semi rural block, just a few minutes drive down Peace Street to all your shopping needs in Denmark.
A short 50m stroll to the top of the rise has expansive views to Nullaki Peninsula, Wilson Inlet and Ocean Beach.
Perfect location for all year round getaways located in a quiet cul de sac.
Capture the beautiful sunrises through the magnificent Karri trees from the balcony or living area.
Gas barbeque on expansive balcony with outdoor table setting to eat outdoors or inside.
Jarrah floorboards throughout living areas and carpeted bedrooms. Elevated pole house with reverse cycle air conditioner in living area and fully equipped kitchen.
Master B'rm 1 x King with ensuite, Second B'rm 1 x Queen, Third B'rm 2 x Singles, Fourth B'rm 2 x Singles, Living Rm 1 x Sofa Bed. All linen and towels are provided. Built in robes in all bedrooms.
Board games table in lounge room. Table tennis, boogie boards, kids foam surfboards, old golf clubs, kite, outdoor sports gear and some beach equipment supplied for your use.

The kitchen had everything we needed. The toaster failed one day but was replaced by a very pleasant obliging and friendly property manager the same day.The bedrooms were spacious and well furnished with good wardrobe space. My only complaint would be that the rooms need much brighter reading lamps.Bathrooms are well proportioned with a fabulous showerThe property has lovely views, feels quite private but only five or so minutes from the centre of town.Two days of our two week stay.were very hot and humid and we were grateful for the air conditioning.A highlight was watching the kangaroos, particularly the joeys playing together. They seemed unconcerned by our presence.

Thank you for providing such a lovely peaceful retreat with a marvellous view right across to the Poronurups. It was much enjoyed by Rob and Lynne as unfortunately our friend was unable to join us. In my previous message I advised that we were elderly and needed walking assistance and therefore enquired as to the accessibility via the back door. We also advised that we would have to wear footwear inside the house but we would do so with the greatest care. Unfortunately you did not respond to my queries so we went ahead. We had very great difficulty in transporting our luggage and goods in via the back door as we were unable to do so by the stairs. In response to your request, although we took the greatest care, cleaning our footwear, we did leave some marks in doing so. We apologise for this. We suggest that your web-site should indicate that access is limited for the elderly. If we had been aware of this fact we would have had to cancel. We had to engage outside assistance in order to leave.
