Location was great, it was clean, great bathroom, beautiful breakfast, warm and friendly staff though with limited English. Eat the walk to town and port.
Bed was a bit hard

Everything ! They were so nice to us, always smiling and helping, the best ! The room was very clean and perfectly equiped, the location was also perfect

We’ve stayed here once before with no issues and decided to return. This time the bed unfortunately felt very hard and uncomfortable, causing a sore back the next day. We had a huge issue with our aircon which I will outline below. The location is great and the breakfast is lovely.
The conditioning in our broke in our room, this was very uncomfortable as it was very hot without it. We informed our host the next day and she told us on several occasions that someone would come and fix it. We waited until 10pm that night and no one had come, I called her to find that she had not yet had confirmation that someone would fix it. She then made a call and someone came to our room at around 11pm at night to have a look. He couldn’t do anything, just confined that it was broken and nothing could be done as it was so late at night. We had to spend another night with no sleep dripping in sweat as it was so hot. We requested to move rooms as it was so uncomfortable but this could not be accommodated.
