El desayuno basico, podrian mejorar la variedad y cantidad. Habia que esperar el cafe, el agua y la leche, no estaban siempre disponibles. No habia opciones sin tacc. El huevo habia que pedirlo a la cocina y esperar.
La calefaccion de las habitaciones no las podes regular. morimos de calor! abrimos la ventana e ingreso una paloma. Y yo pondria bebida en la heladera, estaban vacias. Habia que solicitar agua.
No tiene gym dentro del hotel.

Location was good for us, just because we have relatives nearby.
Staff was excellent, friendly and courteous. Including staff at the Lucca Bar, where breakfast was served.
As soon we arrived at the room, we noticed water dripping from the wall A/C unit.
We informed the front desk and were moved to another room. Where we realized later, the unit was noisy and not working properly. Obviously not well maintained.
I was reading the comments from previous guest, and just about everyone mentioned the "quite poor" breakfast included in the rate.
At the rate we paid in US$ we expected a bit more than coffee and 2 small croissants.
When reservation were made, the web showed a pool. On arrival we were told there was none. The hotel once had
a pool in the back, but friends in the area told us it had been filled. The shape is still there, but covered with grass.
This hotel is for a stay of one or two nights. Certainly not for an entire week. Now we know. !!
