Our room and the bathroom were both exceptionally clean.The bed was very comfortable and even though we were on a main road I had a great night sleep.Location was good.But the main positive was the helpfulness and friendly disposition of the owners,nothing was too much trouble
Don't really have any negatives,breakfast wasn't as good as other places,but it wouldn't stop me staying again as the customer service more than made up for it.

Some idiot in a jaguar took up 2 parking spaces poor parking on there part .

Good location for access to motorways or city or university. Free parking right outside. Rooms adequate and clean, nice bathroom.
A bit noisy with slamming doors, and being right on a busy road. Double glazing was effective to reduce noise but on a hot night we really needed the window open. Breakfast a little disappointing.
