Very good
Great location and nearby beaches, a supermarket in a walking distance. Great contact with the flat owner, quick replies, but only in Italian. The flat is fully equipped with some supplies which was very helpful. The parking at the back of the building was very good. Everytging was as described on Booking. We recommend this flat.
The flat is not in direct sunshine, but even with closed blindes it got hot as there was no air conditioning (as described on Booking, so that was not a surprise for us). Perhaps it would be helpful to have a ceiling fan in the small bedroom.

Exceptional
Nice appartment with the sea view and very helpful owner This nice appartment is situated only 5 min from the sea and a very nice promenade and has a a terrase and a balcony with a sea view. The italien border is just peanuts from the appartment. The hosts are very nice and helpful. We got help getting to and from the train station and Fabrizio is very flexible and answered all our questions very quickly. There is a great baker just on the corner where we got amazing Croissants and caffee (also deca). We travelled with the baby, the appartment was very good accessible with a stroller. We really loved our stay and we will come again for sure!

For what we paid it’s absolutely ok.
It has free parking plot, nice garden from the north side. Balcony and a little terrace.
It’s very close to the railway. Train goes very often - luckily it’s electric so it’s not crazy noisy but still after 5-6 days combination of train and a bell drive you mad. Bed was short for people above 1.85cm. Kitchen utensils and bedding need some update. Washing machine is a “walking type “ but you can absolutely use it.

The owner is super lovely and helpful. The house is absolutely beautiful with a large balcony!
