Location was easy to find, the environment clean and good value for money
The bathroom were smell bad, in both 2 rooms were stayed in.

Strategic location at the heart of Semarang City. Comfortable rooms, friendly owners and a quiet atmosphere. Inexpensive. Very good quiet AC. Clean comfortable bathroom with stable hot/cold shower. Not so far from a Japanese restaurant and food street stalls, but otherwise foods and drinks can be ordered online by Gofood or Grab. This is a syariah hotel. Good TV reception. Very good free WiFi (once early in the morning the connection was lost, but all I got to do was to contact the owner by WhatsApp and it was immediately restored).
All rooms are on the second floor (no elevator). No breakfast.

This guest house reminded me of the hotels I stayed in in Thailand around 2010 as a traveling student without much money. A room with a bed, an AC, a chair and electricity sockets. Its functional but not comfortable. If you are okay with that, this is a cheap place to stay at a good location in the city. Drinking water is provided.
Like mentioned above, the room is very bare.
The bathroom doesnt have a sink. The AC had trouble cooling the room. The staff doesnt speak english and google translate is needed for a basic conversation regarding my stay. The hotel is between two mosques and you will wake up at 04:00 when both call to prayer.
