The hotel itself gives you a sense that it is a regular place but once you you go into the check in and see the whole place you definitely see that this is not a regular place. It's perfect those nomads with WFH jobs as the hotel gives you all you need to have a secure connection and a safe place to work from.
This question is not applicable as there is nothing to not like... Well maybe getting some Sprites on the bar but not enough to not love the place.

Great place, very close to the centre. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is tasty but not a lot of variety. Amazing pool to refresh after a hor day.

This hotel is so much better than pictures show. Our room was a great size with a fantastic, comfortable bed, best we slept in whilst in Central America. Nice breakfast - a little buffet which we found quite rare - so was nice surprise. It has a great pool, again which the pictures don’t do justice. The staff are friendly and helpful. It’s in a good location, quiet but close to centre. Plus it’s a very good price for what you get

Great location with a good sized ground floor suite overlooking the pool with a little terrace made private by the shrubbery which was a nice place to sit. Everything was clean and tidy with well kept grounds. We had a kitchenette to be able to make tea and coffee although our fridge didnt work. Pool was nice after a day of walking. Breakfast was adequate.
The staff need to work on their people skills. On check out we were told to wait 5 minutes so our room could be checked before we were able to go! There wasn't a mini bar so Im not sure what they think we were going to take or do but it felt uncomfortable. Maybe they've had bad experiences and now tar everyone with the same brush but this was our first experience of this in Central America. It lacked atmosphere which is a shame as this could be 10/10.
