Die Lage und die Ausstattung der Wohnung waren optimal. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Der Schullärm zu ertragen kann, sollte diese Wohnung nicht nehmen, es wurde aber ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen. Von daher eigentlich kein negativer Punkt.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in einer Seitenstraße der Hauptstraße am Ende des Innenhofs. Für uns war die Nähe zum "Raumquartier" (fußläufig knapp 500 m) ein wichtiger Aspekt, weil wir dort an einer großen Feier teilgenommen haben. Dass man einen Parkplatz erst etwas weiter weg findet, war uns bekannt. Am Wochenende war es sehr ruhig (unter der Woche ist es durch den direkt benachbarten Schulhof sicherlich morgens lauter). Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Etwas ungewöhnlich, aber kein Manko ist der unebene Fußboden.

Wir hatten frühzeitig von Donnerstag bis Sonntag gebucht und konnten letztlich doch erst freitags anreisen. Leider konnten wir die Buchung der grundsätzlich noch stornierbaren Wohnung nicht mehr anpassen, weil sie eine Mindestmietzeit von drei Tagen hat (unser Fehler, steht natürlich in der Beschreibung, hatten wir nach der langen Zeit aber nicht mehr parat). Werden beim nächsten Mal mehr auf solche Bestimmungen achten.
