The property is very secluded and quiet, yet close to many fun things to do...including whitewater rafting, gem mining, shopping, restaurants and the Biltmore Estate. We both have a background in hospitality including working at a 4 star AAA rated bed and breakfast in Colorado. We fell in love with Bears Den the first time we saw it. We have an excellent team of care takers that make sure it is just how we would have it. Bears Den has a magical feel to it...you can almost see the fairies dancing in the flower gardens. :) We sit on the porch for hours watching the birds, butterflies and humming birds and listening to the river below. The house is open and airy with a big picture window looking out into the forest. The cottage is decorated appropriately with bears, flowers and inspirational signs to make your trip the mountains relaxing and enjoyable. There is a good chance of seeing wild life at this property.
