One of the best customer service I have ever had. Furthermore, this hotel is clean, comfy and equipped with fast wifi. Logistically, this place is strategic since it is so easy to get access to and there are so many restaurants, launderette and a few 24hour convenient store. These assured my wonderful stay. Keep it up!

The location is at Plaza Kingfisher, I attended a course nearby, so it was good for me as I managed to skip traffic.
Its important to know that this hotel was initially meant as a student hostel, so at times it would get abit noisy, especially past 11pm when all I wanted to do was sleep.
