The apartment is at 33-th floor in Orbi Beach Tower. In the building there are 6 lifts , which work perfectly and there was not crowd of people. There is 24 - hour reception. The apartment is furnished with everything from which you need. Long terrace with partial sea vew and full city view. The owener ( Victor ) is a punctual person about feedback , communication and payment. I highly recommend this apartment for more long stay.

Отличное расположение. Снимала апартаменты на 5 этаже. Всё было чисто, есть посуда, все необходимые принадлежности. Прекрасный Вид на море. Приятный молодой человек Виктор отвечал на все вопросы.

Расположение прекрасное, номер как на фото, приличный сан-узел, новое, хорошее белье. Все работает. Достаточно хорошая комплектация.

Мокрое белье предыдущих жильцов висело на сушилке при заезде, предложено досушить и убрать самим. Сама сушилка сломанная, закреплена прищепками, разваливается при малейшем прикосновении. В комнате соответственно было влажно и запах порошка все время. Сломанный мягкий стул. Обратите внимание ! не привычный выезд до 11.00! и это жестко, задержаться не получится, нам все впечатление это конечно сильно подпортило.
