AVOID THIS PROPERTY

Apart from the location there was nothing to like about this property whatsoever. It is very overpriced for what it is by AT LEAST 5000uah possibly more. The lift does not work and for the 7 days I was there it didn't work so you had to walk up 130 steps to get to the apartment. The communal stairs are filthy, cigarette ends and litter on almost every floor on the way up, they were never cleaned whilst I was there. The bed ( uncomfortable you can feel the springs in the mattress ) the fridge ( it freezes your food without being in the freezer box ) no smoke detector, the utensils are very poor in quality and number, the iron ( when you can get one ) leaks all the water out before you use it and as for an ironing board I had to wait 3 days before one was found . The microwave was dirty, the WiFi is so poor I don't even know why it's there as I spent more time on cellular data. They advertise a wake up call, ( oh yes it's a wake up call alright to young kids screaming and shouting in the park directly below ) it advertised toiletries ( where ??? The only thing I saw was a soap dispenser over the sink that was basically empty ). My advice to anyone looking at this property is avoid it, IT IS A WASTE OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

EVERYTHING THERE WAS NOTHING TO LIKE EXCEPT CONVENIENCE OF LOCATION
