Good value, and it wasn't far from Central Florence. The host is so friendly and helps you if you need something. My friend and me, we were very happy with this accommodation.

Host and daughter very hospitable..
Need to serve breakfast. Also need coffee packets in room. Just had tea packets which I did not use.

The host lady was nice. They preserved the antiquity of room so it felt like we are staying in a room from back old times, and it was nice.
The location is not in the city center, but near the train station, which is two or three stops away from the city center. I think it is a 20 min walk to train station, but we went there with our car, and parked the car on the free car park near train station.

House Is cute and welcoming, great taste all around, cozy, and clean.
It is actually a house, shared with guests and host, in our case, bathroom was shared with others. Room was ok, bit small and without fans/AC which is not best solution during summers.
Check out is quite too early for my taste, something like 9am, so if you want take a shower you gotta get up with risk to find bathroom busy. I would have appreciated breakfast for the price but it wasn't even an option. Area is nice, not busy, easy parking. Wouldn't twice it.
