Lovely country-house style B&B deep in the middle of nowhere. Nice gardens and grounds. Friendly, helpful host. Excellent breakfast. Beds comfortably hard. Everything very clean. Beautiful old house with some history to it and nice antique furniture.
Electric sockets were not quite plentiful enough. Room was not very soundproof. Bathroom was fine, but small.

The relaxed atmosphere, the respect for nature, the mixture of old and modern, the idyllic setting inducing a sense of calm, the wholesome breakfast, including freshly made delicious scones.

It is amazing accommodation in a beautiful Regency house. Jeff and staff very welcoming and the grounds are well kept and great to walk about. Most people only stay one night for B and B but we stayed 3 nights and explored the area. It is a great place from which to explore (need a car).
We also loved the sitting room area and the whole place is really clean and well kept. very restful
There were limited GF options for breakfast and we bought our own soya yoghurt. They have a guest fridge, which is an excellent idea, so it is easy to bring what is needed. We also had a private bathroom separate from our main room rather than en suite. Not a problem really but they do have en suites so worth specifying if this is what you need.

Loved the animals and the setting. Really enjoyed the sauna. Staff in the morning at breakfast were awesome 🙌
The gravel outside was very noisy when people were walking on it and the car tyres were loud.Disrupting the beautiful quiet and tranquility. The shower needs heaps of attention and the mattress was awful..that yoke was old hard and lumpy.Carpet next to the bed was very dirty.
