The staff is super friendly, we liked that the property is well maintained and clean, it is quiet as it is not located at the heart of the busy streets (Sayulita can be very noisy during the night). The property has beach chairs and umbrellas that you can take to the beach as well as towels and hats. The kitchen and dining room is next to the pool and with beachside view.
The downside of having a great view is that you have to walk up the hill, so it can be tiring if you don't rent a golf car.
There are no TVs in the property except for the penthouse room.

The staff was incredible. Very responsive via what’s app. Rafael the manager gave us some great activity recommendations and even set us up with the tour company. He made check in and out super easy.

The place is beautiful- very well thought out. But what makes it stand apart is the service- the GM Raphael went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. And the entire team was always willing to help.
