The location is 3min walking from the park and 10 min from the city center. The airport shuttle dropped us off on the main road, 2 min away from the accommodation. So 10/10 for location.
The room was very clean, 100/10, the bed was comfortable and the morning (maintenance/cleaning) staff was very polite. AC and TV in the room. I recommend it especially if it's a short stay
The shower is just a hole in the floor, no curtains or shower panels. So the water floods all over and stays like that (wet socks is not a nice feeling).
During the night I could hear the noise on the hallway and the rooms around, the walls felt like paper thin. But the comfortable bed made up for that minus so I could get a good night's sleep.

Arrived late but had the code so access easy. Room very comfortable - plain but with some nice touches.
Happy there was a fridge in the foyer as I was carrying provisions for onward journey.
Left quite early the next day and very close to train station 👍🏻. Would definitely stay again.

Good location right near bus and bus station
A relatively cheap option for a quick night of sleep (with air-conditioning)
Easy check-in
The room was not very nice (e.g. holes in the wall and paint falling off)
No blackout curtains or roller blinds, so the room gets bright in the morning
