Check-in was with no problem even when we arrived early in 8AM, everything was arleady ready, firstly, you have to visit a tourist agency next to bus stop (it's that one with Raiffeisen bank ATM next to it) where you get info about where exactly your apartment is and how to get there, we got keys from a kind guy on a scooter that was leading us to our apartment on his scooter.
Apartment has a great view at the port and historical center of Primošten and also some holy mountain with statue of Maria on top of it, it's nicely lighted in the night.
There is a fully equiped kitchen (there is a gas tank, don't forget to close it again after you leave).
Apartment also has a washing machine and dishwasher, AC is only in the living room, there are 2 other sleeping rooms, so if it's a hot night, you can keep interior doors open.
It's a more calm part of Primošten, no crazy parties like in the most historical center, which I prefer.
Equipment is nothing super fancy, but when everything works, it's fine for me, better than vice versa those crazy modern sinks in hotels where water is splashing everywhere or shower without door, so a little bit outdated is better by my opinion. :-)
It's about 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach, it was no problem to get into the sea there in september, but I guess it can look different in middle of summer, but there are many places where you can get into the sea, if you don't like touristy places with umbrellas and you are not lazy to walk, you can try june beach or a little beach in front of a very nice Bau Bar.
For coffee or some beer, we liked bar Popaj.
There are also 2 smaller studenac supermarkets near the apartment, but prices there are like 3 times higher than here in Czech Republic, so I recommend to do a bigger shopping in Konzum, but you have to expect long waiting lines for cash registers, so it's up to you.
Just little details - cold 6000K led bulbs almost everywhere and also too strong, so if you want to sit at terrace and not atracting mosquitos that much, you need some candle.
ACs from surrounding buildings are close to windows, so it can be a little bit annoying during the night, but it's the same in all tourist areas in Croatia with their "AC freestyle". :-)
And this is not a negative, more like warning for older people or people with limited mobility - it's a lot of stairs to get up there, but that view fully compensates it.

shops in 10 min circle, coffe shop even closer
pariking directly in yard safe, no problem to keep out some "sea properties", if You have one.
very nice host, offering help, if You need it.
it was my 8th stay in Promosten, ROKO is my favorite for next one!

De rest....gedateerd, geen koffiezet apparaat, geen haardroger/ föhn, reageren niet op mailtjes, airco werkt maar beweging staat vast met knijper🫣...retro collors, old fashion but clean...
