Я была в восторге! Но такое жильё не для каждого. Если вы ищете современные удобства - то не сюда. А если вы непривередливы и вам интересно прикоснуться к истории - то сюда.
Это здание - бывший советский санаторий.
Да, интерьер старый, но в этом есть изюминка. Круто, что есть возможность пожить в таком месте!
Кровать была мягкая, белье чистое, люди доброжелательные.
Отдельно круто было побродить по коридорам санатория, поизучать всё, представить, как тут жили 100 лет назад)
Так что, если вы без заморочек - однозначно рекомендую.
Тем более - за такую цену - всё честно.

Un charme incroyable, tout est resté figé dans les années 70 : tapis, rideaux, mobilier... On dirait de l'urbex. Mais les chambres sont très propres et l'eau est chaude. L'emplacement est excellent et le prix très bas.
La literie est bonne mais très usée, tout sent un peu le vieux, il faut sonner pour rentrer, il n'y a pas de rideau de douche, la cuisine est très vieille et minimaliste.

Real old school sanitarium
Not renovated well enough, need renovation work on the bathroom and kitchen and remove mold from room ceiling, everything else can stay "beat up" as per the concept.
