The location is very good, and this is probably the main advantage of the property.
Unfortunately, the stay was a real disappointment. The main issue was the way the property is presented on Booking. The photos clearly give the impression that you are booking an apartment with a spacious terrace and sea views. This was one of the main reasons we chose this property and paid a higher price for it.
When we arrived, however, there was no sea view and no terrace as shown in the photos. We only had a very small balcony with no views. The description also stated that the apartment had a terrace, so we felt the listing was very misleading and that the photos created expectations that the actual apartment did not meet.
We contacted the host about this, but they simply told us that it was not their responsibility and that this was what we had booked. We also contacted Booking, but unfortunately we did not receive any useful response or solution. This made the experience even more disappointing.
If you arrive by car, access is also quite difficult and you have to leave the car in a parking lot some distance away. We were not informed about this in advance. Communication with the host was limited, and the information was always provided in Bulgarian, which made things more difficult.
The smell of air freshener throughout the apartment was also extremely strong. We had to remove the air fresheners to make the stay more comfortable. The bathroom was also quite uncomfortable and, considering the price we paid, we expected a much better standard overall.
Considering the price, we expected much more. The location is good, but overall we left feeling very disappointed, especially because we specifically chose and paid more for the accommodation based on what was shown in the photos and description.

Всичко беше прекрасно ! Реновиран с вкус апартамент в автентична къща в Стария град. Локацията беше невероятна - в самото сърце на Созопол, близо до Централния плажДомакинята беше така любезна да ни предостави паркомясто, което беше голямо удобство за нас.
Нямаме забележки.

Absolutely everything was in a good condition, easy to use, practical for people who want to cook at home. Very clean, good staff, nice terrace!
