La amabilidad del señor William, quén nos recomendó lugares para comer, nos invitó unas cervezas y un café, y nos recomendó una ruta para ir al parque nevado del Ruiz. El jacuzzi para descanzar después de un largo viaje.

La hospitalidad de los administradores es increíble, personas muy cálidas, siempre estuvieron pendientes de nuestra llegada. Todos los servicios del hotel fueron completamente satisfactorios, nos sentimos como en casa
Puede mejorarse la adecuación del cableado interno de las habitaciones y detalles como pintura y acabados, observaciones menores pero que pueden significar la habitación perfecta.
