About this condo rental
Situated in Carrabassett Valley, this lovely condo for $335 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. 3 bedroom, 3 full bath condo with amazing views of sugarloaf. 25 steps from putting on your skis at the trail. Outside the front door, there is a ski locker, then you enter into the mudroom where there is plenty of room to store your gear. A boot dryer is on the wall to keep your boots warm and dry. The condo features an open concept front to back living room and eat in kitchen with wrap around island, stainless steel appliances and tile floors. There is a gas fireplace that's perfect for those long cold winter nights. As you go up the stairs to the second floor, there is a bathroom along with bedroom with a queen bed and cable TV. The Master bedroom has an amazing view of the mountain and full bath with plenty of space. In the basement, there is a large family room with a reclining sectional sofa with a large HD cable TV. off the living room, there is a bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunk beds and a full bath. On the back deck, there is a 6 person hot tub that looks up at the mountain where you can relax after a long day on the slopes. (HOT TUB IS NOT OPEN DURING OFF SEASON ~ MAY ~ OCTOBER) Please note: This property does not have air conditioning. It is very uncommon for ski condos in Maine to have central air. Fortunately the nights are typically cool at the condo and a nice breeze can cool off the unit by opening windows and using the fans provided. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Lease, in the event that Sugarloaf does not open or operate or allow access onto all or any portion of the mountain for all or any portion of the 2020/21 ski season for any reason, including without limitation, weather conditions, fire, catastrophe, pandemic (including COVID-19) and all resulting consequences thereof, or order or regulation of or by any governmental authority or other cause beyond Landlord’s control, Tenant shall not be entitled to a refund of any prepaid rent or other sums paid in advance to Landlord.

We had a lovely stay at Sugarloaf. Our condo was exactly what we were looking for! It was a good size and very clean, all details were just as described online. The hot tub was great and hit the spot after a day of skiing. We had a fabulous time!

I cannot say enough positive things about this property and the owner. The property was clean, well stocked and perfect for families. Our family of 5 (3 kids under 12) were stuck inside for a few days due to massive rain and there was plenty of space to spread out. The owner checked in with us throughout the week and reworked the schedule so we could extend after our first few ski days were rained out. Having stayed in a lot of ski condos, I really appreciated the ski locker right outside the front door and the mudroom right inside the front door for all our gear. Unit is a short walk to the snubber lift. You might be able to ski to it if there had been more snow. There is also a shuttle bus that picks up right outside to take you up to the mountain. We look forward to coming back next year.

This condo was just steps away from the snubber chairlift (right across the small parking lot), making it the perfect ski on ski off location. The place was clean and well kept. We really enjoyed the view of the mountain from the hot tub after a long day of skiing!

This condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay at the Loaf. The location is great and I can imagine in the winter it is really perfect if visiting to ski. The kitchen is very well equipped. The condo is updated and clean. Would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful condo!
We really enjoyed our stay at Dean's condo...it is clean, well-equipped, spacious, and in an excellent location. The hot tub is a wonderful touch, too! We hope to return next year.

Awesome stay!
Our family with 2 young kids and my wife’s parents had an amazing week at this ski in ski out condo. Views of the mountain from the living room were fantastic and the condo was very spacious. Snubber lift was really close and easy to get to the mountain. Would definitely stay again!!

Perfect ski in and out location for Sugar Loaf Mountain
Very clean and well maintained property. Highly recommend this property for a large family or two couples with kids. Owner Dean was a pleasure to communicate with. Loved the chairlift close to the door to bring you up to the mountain and even has a shuttle if you prefer. Either way no parking and lugging gear for a distance. Book it you won’t be disappointed!

Dean was great to rent from. Great ski in / out condo. Everything you could need is there. Two families traveling together and there was room for all. The hot tub was an added bonus!

My Girlfriend and I had planned this trip for months and this condo was everything we hoped for and more, the place was very clean and well put together. It was great to come down to the hot tub, make dinner and relax after long days of skiing. You have to stay here!

Always a good time at Sugarloaf!
We had a great trip. The condo was plenty roomy for four adults and two children. Has all the luxuries and more, we loved the hot tub and fireplace. The internet was solid, we were able to plug in a Firestick and stream all the football games not on the cable TV channels. The lift is steps away, and the shuttles are super convenient. Overall, early season conditions did not disappoint. Hope to come back soon!

Beer festival
Four adults stayed at this property to attend the first Maine Beer festival held at Sugarloaf. Property was in the perfect location for us and I'd definitely return during ski season to stay. The few times I needed to contact Dean he was immediately responsive and super helpful. Great stay all around!

A great stay!
Can't go wrong with this place. Everything we needed was at our fingertips and if we had any questions it was just an email away. The house was very spacious for our big family and the hot tub and entry way with boot warmer was a bonus. Nice not to have our stuff drying all over the place. Hoping to get back next winter. Would highly recommend this spot! Thank You for sharing your home with us.

Truly wonderful!
My family and I spent a long weekend at this condo. It’s perfect for easy access to the slopes, and we found it particularly nice because we had three kids with us. Makes getting out in the morning so easy! The accommodations were clean comfortable, and spacious. And truly the icing on the cake was when we forgot a sleeping bag and a stuffed animal, the owner went out of his way to return both. I highly recommend staying here - you’ll enjoy your Sugarloaf experience so much more!

Wonderful place to stay. Very warm and inviting, we felt like we were home. Everything you would need while ski-vacationing. My daughter loved the downstairs movie room. Husband enjoyed the ski in/out convenience of the property. Will definitely be back! Thanks again.

The condo unit was very comfortable for 4 adults. It had all the amenities we needed and the convenient location made skiing hassle free. The hot tub was the perfect end to a great day of skiing.

Perfect location, perfect condo
We enjoyed our time at Dean's condo in below zero temperatures for New Years weekend. He was extremely responsive to our emails and willing to help in any way that he could. The condo itself was in pristine condition with enough room for our group. The hot tub was an added bonus that we utilized in the cold weather after a day of skiing. The view of the mountain is unbeatable. I would definitely recommend staying at Dean's condo at Sugarloaf. Thanks Dean for letting us ring in the new year at your awesome place!
